I am running a hydroponics drip system with two bag seed plants which have been going good for almost a month. There is an airstone at the bottom of the reservoir. They were looking alot more healthy until i discovered algae growth in the reservoir so i cleaned it out and started putting h202 into the system. I only put 2 tbsp per gallon of h202 and 1/2 strength nutes.
I cleaned the roots of both plants in an h202 solution with water. I didn't appear to damage the roots physically but by the time i put them back in the reservoir the plants started drooping like hell!
They came back up slightly after i put them in the reservoir but they still look sickly.
On one plant, the lower leaves are folding upwards like tacos and brown spots are appearing along with a crispy dead feel to the leaves. On the other plant , leaves are yellowing and folding upward. Some lower leaves have even turned completely yellow.

Both have a general droopy appearance, like overwatering but the airstone is right under the plants along with the h202 in the water. Whats going on? Do they need time to recover from the cleaning? Or maybe a calcium/mag def? Thanks in advance!
