__Adivice - Great White Shark Grow__

Hi folks,

I've literally just started to grow Great White Shark and have a few questions. Since my last grow didn't do so well I want to make sure this one turns out OK.

I have germinated 8 seeds and am using a 400W HPS light. Is this light strong enough to deliver the lumens/heat needed for 8 plants? {I have it on a 18/6 lighting schedule}

How close should I have the light throughout the full grow? The last time I grew I think I had it too close, and it could have been one source of my problems.

My grow room seems very dry so I've left the door ajar to allow circulation - I have to monitor this to see if there is a drop in temperature - but should it be OK? When should I introduce a fan?

This time I am using the biobizz all mix soil and have also, biobizz grow, bloom and topmax nutrients. When should I start to use the nutrients? (Right away?) And how often should I be feeding the plants?

Also, I have a chart on how they should be used. It says to use a combination of all three the more mature the plants become. Although it says this, I have read/heard from various sources that I should be using; grow for the 1st month or so; bloom for the rest of veg; and top max for the full flowering. Is this accurate?

I am also a bit sketchy on when to transplant them into bigger pots, and how long I should keep them in veg stage?

The previous time the plants barely grew at all. I had them in small pots, never transplanted them (because they weren't growing) and never used any nutrients, as well as the light being close. The result was that there was a stunt in their growth and very unhealthy leaves after a while.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

1. depends on how big your growspace is and how big you want to make them - light
2. use the back of your hand .. if its too warm to your hand its too warm for the plant - height
3.get a fan
4.give it a couple of weeks or more before ferts, there is ferts in the soil for the seedlings
5 not too sure on these ferts .. but i always start with 1/4 strength and move up from there ... hope someone else can help you with the feeding chart
6. when you see roots popping out of the drain holes , or the plant will tell you .. slow growth/stressed looking repot .. as for how long to veg ... depends on how big you want them

and dont overwater or over love them ... they will show you what they need good luck
