96W T5HO 18 Gallon 6-site 6 Auto strain Grow

Just starting off my next grow. It will take place in this 6-site 18 gallon roughneck tote.

All under a 96W T5HO and another 200w of cfl. Not enough light but we'll see what happens.

The 6 strains are all autos:
G13 Labs - Pineapple Express
Buddha Seeds - Purple Kush
World of Seeds - Afghan Kush Ryder
Dutch passion - Think Different
Dinafem Seeds - White Widow
Nirvana Seeds - Northern Lights

Hopefully we can get this thread some subscribers to follow along for the ride.

Goal: Quarter Pound
 
Rockwool was soaked overnight in Water that was pH to 5.8 and 90ppm.
Seeds were placed in individual bags and paper towels.
24 Hours later, the think different and pineapple have popped and were placed in rockwool. Next check will be in 12 hours
 
The Think Different and Northern Lights popped and are now in rockwool. Waiting on the other 3 to pop before adding to the system.
 
First time hydro?

What method are you using; bubble, aero... what?

You have several problems/issues

1. 18G requires way too much nute to get water level within 1/2" of net pot, so you might be considering lp aero. Very poor, over waters the roots
2. Layout: too many net pots (learned the hard way)
3. Rolling the dice that your seeds will be female

How will you drain nutes and add fresh?

Once plants get big, too hard to lift them out, or get the lid off

Lights

1. Barely enough light
2. CFLS not powerful enough= airy buds. Replace with A19 LEDs from HD/Lowes... Cree/Feit/Philips...

I highly recommend more study before you blow some nice seeds

Second hydro grow. Bubbleponics. Seeds are all fem. Lighting is gonna be tight but this is more for fun.
 
After posting I saw your other thread using HD buckets

I would transfer seedlings from the tote to them
 
Purple Kush was the last to go into rockwool. The pineapple express in the top left is starting to push its way up. Should Have them all up within 2-3 days
 
Subscribed I'm in for the ride. I just got my SlimStar 8 bulb t5 ho today and damn is it bright. I have 2 Autoberry's - 1 Bag seed Auto something -1 White Widow - 1 Skunk Wreck (bagseed skunk x Trainwreck) - 1 Neon Creep under the big light. The last two are my own creations. Then I have 1 WW - 1 SW - and 1 NC in the 12/12 box under 250w cfl with reflector. I'm interested to see how it all comes out for you, my girls are all about 20 days old. Be Safe!

Awesome! Unfortunatley on of the T5's blew out so I'm down to 72w of the T5's. 4/6 seedlings are up, just waiting on the white widow and purple kush to pop up.
 
Nice, I'm watching too. Doing some similar things, just with soil instead. Excited to see some pics of how they're doing. ^^
 
New update, everything is up. about 2 weeks old
Pineapple Express, Think Different, and Northern Lights are leading
