9 watt cfl, 120v

CAN YOU GROW MARIJUANA SEEDLINGS..WITH ONE 9 WATT 120 VOLT CFL LIGHT...JUST FOR THE BEGINING TIL THEY GET BIGGER?

Im sure u could but it would be way better to invest the ten or fifteen bucks and het at least a couple 23w. With that 9 its gonna be slow and painfull and you'll have alot of stretching.
