9 bladed leaves?

Hi folks,
I have a plant that's 2 weeks old, I grew it from seed. I pollinated the female that the seed came from in my closet. The female and male that I crossed never had any 9 bladed leaves... But this new plant does. Its about 4 inches tall, has 9 nodes, and the latest nodes have 9 blades... Its gorgeous but it is unusual for this to happen?

Any comments?

must have been a recessive gene. nothing unusual about 9 or even 11 bladed leaf.
