80 or 90 cri vero 29 led's??

I need to know if I can use the 90 cri 7th gen vero 29's for growing , I had ordered the 50 fv 3000k 80 cri cobs and they shot me an email saying they are out but they have 90 cri. Is this ok and is it going to hurt output of the cobs???

Go for the 80cri 3000k 70vf. It is the most efficient vero atm.
