I have no idea what strain these are, I got the beans from cannabisseeds.com and they were supposedly
1x White Rhino
1x White Widow
1x G13
but they are all identical and most likely a pure blood asian or mexican sativa.
Anyway, question is they have been 12/12 for 8 weeks and no buds, just whispy little collections of pistols, so am I wasting my time and lights on these, I've heard some sativas can take 16 weeks.
I've added some pictures of Durban Poison x PPP that went 12/12 at the same time and have recieved the same treatment, to give an idea of the budding difference, they are also sativas but getting close to harvest, while the ones in question have more leaf matter than buds.

ur plant is dieing,give nute....
profound.

Well judging by the pics of whats good, you obviously can grow a plant, so you can assume it's not you, seriously looks like an autistic plant, nothing but a bad seed, sativas definitely flower longer but at 8 weeks for how little there is there, you might as well call time of death. She/it is just taking up space.

That's kind of what I've been thinking.
When they went 12/12 they went from 18" tall to 6 feet in 10 days which is 1 foot higher than the lights will go, so I had to do some serious bending and breaking of branches.
They are not dieing at all, one has a fair amount of light burn, they take up too much space so I also pushed them back into the corners.

Sorry but wrong on both counts, I will admit to not treating them as well as I could, but the other plants are going well so these sativas have been bent and broken and pushed into the back corners of my grow tent.
They are on the same feeding schedule as the good plants.

I have to agree. I am a true sativa lover and by now you should have nice buds.

It could be a good number of weeks until they were mature, like twice as long or even longer in a few rare cases, if there were buds, but given the fact that there aren’t any buds at this point I would say it is time to turn them into compost.

18 inches to 6 feet in 10 days is rather stunning. I have had sativas take off faster than an Ethiopian who just heard that there is a free all you can eat steak and lobster buffet in the neighboring village but I have never matched that rate of growth.

Do you by chance happen to live next door to a nuclear power plant?

I've never seen anything like them in my 36 years of growing.
They started out with very large fat fan leaves, but once flowering started they have the most skinny looking dainty leaves.
Maybe just not suited to indoor either?
Don't know really.

pretend time doesnt matter. Look at triches thats all you should do no matter the time frame. could go 20 weeks if stressed.
I think I'll just leave them there and see what happens.
My current harvest will be ready in a couple of weeks and I have some other plants vegging that will replace them, so I'm not wasting any lights.
Nothing to lose I guess.:leaf:

And where did you find Duban Poision x PPP seeds? Or was this a creation of your own? Love both varieties, but would would greatly like to try a mix.

Was my own creation, but didn't work out too well, mainly because my fans for the cool tubes died and my plants got well cooked, it was summer and 36C degrees outside most of the time, a lot hotter in my grow tent with no fans running.

thats an incredible rate of growth. makes me wonder if somehow you got shipped some 'industrialized' seeds, of the strains typically used for hemp fiber production, not sensimilla :bongsmilie:
