8 Week Flowering Purple Bubba Kush Bagseed. How much longer?

My first grow. Purple Bubba Kush bagseed from a Socal Dispensary. 8 weeks into flowering and wondering if anyone could tell me how much longer or if it's done? Here some pics of the top of one plant. I don't have a microscope or a jewlers scope and have no access to get one.

pull it when you have flushed...she looks ready to me...im sure you could wait maybe another week or so...but normally moc. pollen sacs are a sure sign she is plumped up and full o resin.

not gonna flush it, no point. I am using MG soil, so it's just gonna do more harm than good. but thanks for the opinion.
