8" UltraGrow Cool Tubes and UL Certified, Anyone Know ?

Hey so I was seeing if there is anyone out there in the medical industry that is using 8" UltraGrow Cool Tubes that knows what the UL (Underwriters Laboratory) Number that's attached to it. The closest thing that I have found is:
