What did the buds look like that u got the seed from?Are the trichs uniform in color on different budsites? I'd atleast sample sumthin if u dont harvest just yet

i would let the pistils recede a bit more. start a 7 day flush and then chop. its your smoke tho

You wanna chop half of it at a time and let the bottom buds go out another week or 2. Chop what looks ready and leave the rest to finish. Just check it daily and harvest when needed.
