If you have a magnifying glass and can look at the trichomes then itll be the easiest way to tell ... some say harvest as they start turn amber others when they are snow flake white

if your keeping it for the seeds i would pop one open and see if the seeds are mature yet

yeah seeds take like 6 weeks to mature since it was pollinated
