looks a bit slow but healthy, get them CFLs right down on it about 2" from the top and it will take off, here is an example :

These are my girls and they are 16 days old, I really need to seperate the 3 that are in the same pot soon or they are gonna get thier roots tangled and thats not a good thing lol BUT, its pretty hard to burn plants, ( any plant not just medicine ) with cfls, and I also give them 24 hrs of light , I wont change the light cycle till flowering time in about another 15-20 days depending on how long it takes them to hit about 12'' tall as I have limited space, I also have to FIM them soon . But all in all , looks good!
