7 day old plan yellowing from the middle?

I'm not sure what's going on with this little girl?? Yellowing seems like it's coming from the middle out.

Plant is only 7 days old. I have 5 others that are fine.

Soil is Miracle Grow

Lights are CFL 20w Daylight

Any help would be appreciated

i had same shit once i just tossed it started again

I don't want to toss them just yet... I checked out my water: PH = 6.55 and PPM = 46. I think I'm just overwatering. I'll cut back the next 3 days or so and see how it goes.
