6th day into flowering and spider mites...

so im in my 6th day of flowering and i have noticed a lot of new spider mites...what can i use at this stage as to not harm the plant.
 
ihve heard and also have used the alcohol in a spray bottle method would this harm them at this stage? i live
ways from a town
