not much info added.. maybe why you havent gotten more responses....
how tall are you going to want them b4 they go into flower room: 6 weeks old What strain? What size containers, and what type of 400W light HSP, MH, CFL, Floros, or heaven forbid Halogen. More info would help as you might get a slightly dif answer for each setup/lightsystem
Yea what kine lights are you using if there HPS you should have way more plants but then I would doubt that they are HPS you electricity bill would be outragious for just six plants.
Actually a 400 watt hps illuminates a 3 x 3 area....600 watt - 4 x 4 .... 1000 watt - 5 by 5a 400 watt hps delives enough light to efficiently light a 4'x4' area so if oyu overlapped the light beams to sort of form an M then you should be efficiently covering about 6'x4' area and you could fill that supposed area with plants
If your plants to flower would be medium in size and indica pure or indica dominan, I say most definately especially if your walls can reflect light i.e. flat white paint, mylar, panda film, or foylon. My setup is this fluoros and cfl's for clones/seeds, a 400 W MH for vegetation and sustaining mothers, and a flower area with 2 600 W HPS that flowers 6 medium to large size plants.ok basicly have a room seperated 1room is for flowering and has 3 400watt lights over 6plants.... and now we are going to put 6 new cuttings in.was wondering if say 2 400watt lights would be enough light for 6 plants until they are 6week old and ready to flower.
