I have never used a tent before and was wondering if any has any useful info good experiences and bad ones. I have an Idea for keeping the tent cool. I have an abundance of a/c's in the house so I'm gonna make something that will fit over the front of the ac and have that attached to the intake hose. Not sure how I will do this but that's my thoughts any one else!

That's how I did mine . I run a 750 watt in a 4x4 and run an 440 cfm exhaust sucking hot air off close to the light and pump fresh a/c AIR into the tent using a hydrofarm 440 cfm 6 inch fan . The girls love it . Run 79 or lower all day and at night lights off its 65 degrees . You should have no problem running an open 600 in there
 
But my only suggestion is get more light a 5x5 you should run more than 600 watts . Your running 24 watts a square ft which is severely underpowered . Look into running another 600 in there and have plenty of air circulation 1200 watts divided 25 square feet is 48 watts a square ft . Much better but optimal is around 60 watts a square ft . Maybe throw some T-5s around each side for decent side lighting as well . You'll be happy you did .
 
I'm only doing 4 at a time in 5 gallon buckets and they are about 4 ft across the top! I m getting a mh light 600 for my veg so I can use the 3 double floros that I use for veg now in the flower tent!
 
Phew that's not bad then if your only running 4 lol I got around 9 in my 4x4 and she's packed but doing well !!!! Just threw in a 4"7 liberty haze from top of soil to top of plant into flower . I don't have much room left for her to grow so I supercropped on the onset of flower !!
 
When I get the tent I'll try 6 cause the reflective properties will disperse the light better. But for now I have 4 on rotation
 
I have a 600 in a 56"x56" tent and have run up to 9 with decent results but you have to keep the plants small so you only get an 1-1 1/2 oz/plant i'm actualy in the process of thinning out my rotation for summer down to 5 larger ones.I do want to double up on my 600 though in the future it is good to here it stated that it needs it.
 
So far i have only had one strain that i got a huge yield from w/9 plants in there.I got 6 oz off a barney's farm 8-ball kush and my northern lights x bigbud by world of seeds &my female seeds bubblegummer both avg. 2+ so it does ok btu 3 or more would definitly be sweet.what part of maine,maine buds i'm close to rockland.
 
I have a northern lights that I'm sure would fill the room but she's been hermieing on me lately. I think the mom plant got stressed out in the veg cycle cause I tried taking about 6 clones from her and only 2 rooted! I would hate chuck her but might have to. I'm close to New Hampshire border. Oxford county.
 
up in the gore or out the other way?i grew up in farmington so i know the area plus i prospect out in byron sometimes and did the wind farm in roxbury and travlled through that area to get to the wind project i did in vermont 2 yrs ago.
