60x60x140 with a 250 HPS, appropiate or waste?

Would this setup be worth it or is such a small room at waste of the hps? Would i need to connect a cooltube?

You don't have much info for your questions to be answered, are you talking inches or cm? And how many plants are you trying to grow in there?

Im sorry. Forgot not everyone uses centimeters. Its cm. Probably just one. Or at least start blooming it in this room and then move it to a bigger one. The idea is to be able to get a rotation in plants between 3 rooms, so that i will be able to harvest one plant, as often as possible. The idea is small CFL room for veg -> slightly bigger 250w HPS room -> then finish in bigger 400w HPS. Then be moving up a plant every few weeks. Im slightly stoned, but i hope this makes sense.
