I would like the knowledge of some in the know or with experience with heat issues..
I have tried basing my fans in the grow room a built in cupboard upstairs about 2 meter square..little less maybe, which is not good so they have been relocated 3 meters away in the loft in wooden boxes hung from bungee cords.
I have a 600w dimmable ballast with 6'' cool tube, reducers and a 5'' fan 280 cfm ''tt'' and acoustic ducting also a speed controller.
The cool tube will be in the center of cupboard with a 90 bend either end.. I have no choice..
going up a meter then another 90 bend and finally 3 meter run to the fan which will blow air through the tube and straight out of the other bit of duct from cool tube.
Also I have 4'' 180 cfm fan and carbon filter expelling air from the top of the room blowing through the carbon filter to save on noise in the loft acting like a silencer.
There is a small inline bathroom fan {duct type} bringing air in to the room..
These are controlled by primair temperature controller.
Is this going to keep the temperature at a decent level??
