Im just into the flowering stage of my first attempt at growing non auto flowering plants. been growing autos for almost a year now but because of space never started anything else... now that i have an additonal 3x3 tent and 600w hps ive been using it to keep seperate plants on 12/12.
Ive collected a decent pile of attitutde freebie seeds so thats what i used,
right now i have 1 each of Critical +, Blue Widow and Sour cream that are almost 3wks into 12/12. also have sharksbreath, cole train and rock lock but those i just put into the room.
This first one is the blue widow, in a 2gal pot, vegged for 6 weeks approx.
2nd is the Critical +, 3 gal pot, same veg time (6wks)
last is the sour cream, this one is much taller about 34in. also 3 gal pot.
soil is an even mix of MG potting mix and FF oceanforest, with a decent amout of mg perlite added in. they were all vegged under CFL's for about 43 days. Ive been using FF nutes aswell, growbig, tigerbloom, bigbloom, about everyother watering (half strength).
with the 600w light i was hoping to get about an ounce of each, but was wondering what other people with similar set ups were pulling down.
and how people felt about trimming fan leaves, ive read alot of conflicting opinions about it but my shorter plants seem pretty dense with shade at some spots.
