600w digital setup seller says can handle EYE Hortilux

So what do you think? It sounds like a good deal but I'm sure the bulb is crap so I would like to put an EYE Hortilux 600 in, but have read that the electronic ballasts can't handle them? What do you think about this light?

dont see why electronic ballasts couldnt handle anything a coil and core one could,they are vastly better,ive got a lumatek 600 myself
