6 plants in a 4x4x7, 950Watts. How big should i veg??

Ive got 6 plants i want to set up in a scrog.
Im using 600W of HPS and 350W of CFL for lighting.
I will be planting in 5.5 Gallon fabric pots in ProMix/Perlite
Nutrients will be Advanced Nutrients PHP 3 Part grow/micro/bloom for veg and PHP Connoisseur for blooming.
I have 1 Blue Medi Kush, 1 Tangilope, 1 White Lavender, 1 Sugar Black Rose, 1 LA widow and 1 Gigabud.
They were all plants i had planned to put outside originally but now they are staying inside. Right now they are between 6-8 inches tall. I know usually only 1 strain is done in a scrog, but ill try it out.
I just dont know how big i should veg them to fill the tent. Or i guess the same question another way would be; how far above the pots should i put the screen?
This will be my first attempt at a scrog. I usually just top and LST. BTW all 6 of those plants have been topped once already.

Ill put up a pic of what i have going on right now. Im in the middle of re-setting up everything, had to move it to another room where it can stay put.

Cool dude can't wait, from my understanding and from my scrog i did awhile back i would flower into the screen not after its filled. know what i mean?
