6 Foot Plants ? A rookie in need of guidance!

Hey there! iv been reading this forum for a while now and have finally signed up!.. and also come along with some questions i need to ask too, i was given 4 lemon haze seeds of a friend a while back now and planted them outdoors somewere and never thought anything of it, a week or 2 passes by and i notice these babies are growing so i take care of them. They prob vegged for a good 8-10 weeks

untill i thought hang on a sec, these look kinda good!,
So i set up an indoor setup somewere out of the way, with a 400W HPS light, and a fan etc etc, I have been feeding them with Cha-Ching, Orlando Morbloom and Bud Blood! I topped these a while back to stunt there growth, but they have all turned into a V shape with 2 more main nodes on top.
These are now 6 ft in height!!

am looking for some guidence on how much i should be watering them and often and how much of nutrience i should be giving them, given the Size of these MotherFu***** now!
 
Get some P and K in granular form and sprinkle around them every 1-2 weeks.Watch for sagging near the end ,they get heavy, dont want them laying in the mud

She's gunna need........ A LOT...... lol I gave my 3x3 scrog 2 gallons of water a day.... gave her nuits every third gallon.... probably somewhere in there if it's in a big ass pot (5 gallons or more)
 
Wooooops!!.. iv been the four plants 1 1/2 litres of water EACH every other day, mixed in with the nutrience for the passed 3 weeks, I take it i need to up this alot then seems as though there 6 foot on height!,, funny thing is they all look healthy as anything!., and nice one BUDS will do!
