an Urgency Ordinance of the City of Riverside, California, amending the Riverside
Municipal Code adding Chapter 9.65 to prohibit mobile marijuana dispensaries
necessary for preserving public peace, health, and safety (All Wards)

Told ya... once the storefronts are gone it's going to be the delivery services next. They say medical is the backdoor legalization? This is the backdoor prohibition.
 
Yup! Once they hit the delivery services they are going to go after suppliers. aka the smalltime growers. :( This will be my last outdoor till this shit gets sorted out.
