5x5 Tent, Light Question

So this will be my 1st grow in a tent. Last grow was in a modified area in the basement using soil, with half ass results, but I got a few quality buds. Anyhow, I’m going to be trying 4 buckets dwc in a 5x5 tent. Seedlings are currently developing in rapid rooters, going on 10 days now I think. For lighting I have 1 1200w LED Viparspectra in there. I just ordered a 960w LED mars hydro reflector that should arrive by the end of the week.
My question to you all is, will this be enough light for a 4 bucket system in a 5x5 tent? I’m no expert by any means, but will this setup be enough to give me a least some fair to good yields? I know a lot of other factors come into play. But as far as light, what do you all think? Any comments would be much appreciated! Thanks!

You definitely made the right choice with led I'm having heat issues with my HID in a 4×4 tent. I've never used led but 1200w seems like plenty.

1200w would be plenty if it were an accurate reflection of how much power those lights run, but that's now how they work.

@cwillis11b you have about 900 true watts between the two lights, a little under powered for the whole 5x5 but still enough for 4 plants. Just try to work to a smaller footprint within your tent. 4.5x4.5ft for example.

What are your ambient temperatures you'll be growing in? Reservoir temps are critical in DWC. Are these going to be 5 separate bubble buckets? As to yield nothing yields better than DWC

Ok thx for you input

It’s actually 4 buckets. Temps are good. Tent is in basement. Temps ranging now have been 74-80 degrees. Haven’t tested water temps yet. Going to put a bucket in there later and have it run for a while to see what the water temps get to.

If they stay 70 or more expect issues. There are ways to prevent and to treat. However if you want to grow DWC I strongly suggest looking for ways to maintain healthy res temps. Fluctuations in pH and root problems lead the list.

The only reason I have two buckets going without chilling capabilities other than you describe is the temperature here hits 70 maybe. Usually around 65.
