Last update before the weigh in..She was a stinky bitch, I'm being dead honest when I say stinky as I sit here with burning watery eyes from the trim job I just did lol. Not exactly the smell I was looking for as my strain is Bubblegummer by femaleseeds... to put it in words that make sense I'd say it smells like if a skunk sprayed a pack of bazooka joe gum. Anyways after forgetting about her in darkness for almost four days due to putting her in my back hallway closet, she purpled uppp prob to the likes of my apartment hallway not being heated (temps have been in the 20's a few nights, ouch) Its only the leaves though as the buds show no color difference so its not a big deal. Better than my last comp entry the late great leggy bundy, but of course this comp had to be all chunky colas an shit hahaha! great job to everyone so far. Here's "Bubbs solo" before and after chop to dry with a shot of healthy roots

Well when I put her in the dark i basically forgot about her so she dried herself for me. I little drier than I normally would like but its good enough, I should have got some glamour shots when she was still hydrated because she seems to have lost the vibrancy of her colorful hues. After the chop and trim i was left with 4.7 grams of dark purple buds, the skunk smell has been lost and the sour candy smell is definitely the only way i can describe it. I haven't smoked any and will let her sit in a jar for a bit before I do but I am really tempted to taste it, there isn't much to waste so I will be patient.

Well I'm a little disappointed with the final weight,ended up with 25.5 grams. I'm going to let cure till this weekend before I do a sampling.

Man some of these weights seem outrageous even compared to mine from last round... I thought I was pimppshhh shit now just another number 14 something grams ...

Update 12, Day 84
It's finally time to chop my girl down. I cut her fan leafs off, and posed her next to a bottle, so you can get a true sense of her size. I can't complain one bit about this gal, she bounced back from leaf septoria like a champ, and finished out the comp strong. I'm saddened to cut her, but excited to try her. Next time you see her will be at the weight in, once she's dried.
Now you see it...

Great job to everyone who has, or is about to, cross the finish line! You've all put on a hell of a show, I'm glad to have been a part of it.

I believe I'm the last one so this is a wrap. Just chopped and trimmed and hung to dry. Sad to do it but oh well, on to the next part. i threw In a pic of my first choice that got root bound and didn't think would make it. I repotted her and she grew into a little fat bud. Smells good, berry skunk. My entry also has a real nice fruity smell, very nice. Will post a weight next.

Little off topic but wanted to show off a new baby. Suppose to be a real pre 98 clone only cut of Bubba Kush,authenticated by Swerve. I was told it's a slow vegger and has giant dinner plate size fan leaves. Does that sound right to anybody familiar with this cut?

Genetics have a huge roll in the yield department but,
Think about it....
Some of these cups are equal to pulling a HALF POUND out of a 1 gallon pot.... (28g. per 16oz. of medium or 224g. per 128oz. (1 gallon) of medium)
Great job everyone! Even those that hit 14g got a QP per gallon! This has been a great learning experience too. I may even move into a SOG grow after this! My girly had a 6"x6" foot print and got me an ounce, momma took up 1.5'x2' and got me a bit over a QP... Simple math tells me that I could easily nearly double that QP with a SOG running my OMG strain!
CONGRATULATIONS FINISHERS, YOU MADE YOUR MOMMAS PROUD!
Now cure your stash and smoke up!
