It's better to start out in a small pot, easier to control watering, but most importantly, a small pot helps the seedling to establish a healthy rootball.

so these are autoflower seeds watched many videos and people are saying to put autos straight into final pot. they least amount of stress possible to autos?? I hope my knowledge issl correct!

That's a myth........most auto growers start in small pots and transplant.
Did you start your last grow in small pots?
If so.........did you have a problem when you transplanted?

well I had all the same strands auto and transplanted them. and they all had a drastic flowering day difference. idk if that was from transplanting. but I also put very little effort in my last grow

If done properly........transplanting will not cause any slowdown in growth........my plants don't skip a beat.

I'd also highly suggest starting seeds in a small pot and transplanting when they've formed a healthy rootball.
