I wonder what would happen on the right if Obama were to finish out his term with a much higher approval rating than St. Reagan? He's only 8 points shy of that mark now 63% and what better way to bolster your numbers then to be out there campaigning for your successor.

I am going to miss him. Smart, charming. Eloquent speaker. He led our country back from the brink of collapse. People forget just how bad things were (and how they were getting worse). And in like just a few months he had cut our job losses in half and in just over a year we started a huge streak of private sector job growth. What else? Oh yeah, pacified Bin Laden, ended a couple wars (without getting us into new ones proposed by Repubs) slapped body cams on pigs, legalized gay marriage, gave us free healthcare, and the list goes on and on. Those things, even minus any opposition, would be staggering. Considering the odds against him, they are fucking monumental.

I will go out on a limb here and unequivocally state that Obama will go down in the History books as one of the best Presidents ever...all this while facing fierce opposition from the right and private citizens (Trump) all of this while scandal free.
BTW it would be a thorn to the right if he were appointed to the Supreme Court.
