It was proposed by House Democrat Ron Dellums (D-CA) but was tabled by House Trump allies who correctly see these despicable creatures as doing immeasurable harm to the progressive movement.

Once, long ago I encountered Mr. T three times in four days. First he cut me off on Lake Shore Drive (silver two-seat Mercedes with "Mr. T" license plate), the next day he literally bumped into me on the street coming out of the Schubert Theater after picking up tickets for "Dream Girls" and then two days later he was sitting near me at a Blackhawks game. I had never seen him before - or since.

It was freaky.
