under 400 watt 2nd week of flower not the fastest growing but look pretty good. any tips for growing at these temps

Why does your temps have to be so low. 55 is to cold 70 is good for night time. If you cant make that in the room I woukd try keeping your exhaist from your lighting to circulate a bit in your area to help raise temps. If its 55 at night you should imvest in a little heater to keep temps more constsnt a 10 degress swing between day and night are good numbers to srtive for

I would try to bring up the temp just a bit. I am at 72-75 day and 60 night. Mine are growing crazy fast but I can tell one of the strains would like to be a bit wArmer. A little spacer heater on a timer would do the trick.

Im using a heater. I get a constant 68 degrees F without much drop at night because my thermostat kicks in. Should I try to get a 10 degree drop? Or is constant temp better?

My night temps are 61-64 for the low most nights. 77-81 for the high, lights on. The plants do great with those temps. If you can get the low temps out of the 50's I think you will see a big difference. Above 68 or so at night is probably ideal.
