5000k cfl for vegging.

Hi, any help or comments would be appreciated. This will be my first DWC grow and I am a bit confused about the lighting. As far as vegging I will be using a 4 pack of 23w 5000k daylights that have 1550 lumens and equivalent to 100w. As far as flowering goes I am stuck. I am thinking anything that is above a 14w 2700k cfl would be good? Am I on the right track? I have done a bit of research but seeing so many threads that have different bulbs that are CFL of course. Help, or guide me in the right direction.Thanks

Just get a 8u or 9u big cfl and a reflector I just been out today and got a 200w blue 6400k cfl £35. I vegged with a 250 watt blue one on my first grow but I dropped it when I was high lol
