50 days along. How much longer?

Afghan kush x white widow. Been on 12 12 for 50 days now and still producing new pistils on the tops. Should I expect her to swell more than this?

Cool thanks for the reply I was planning on 60 days and I have no problem waiting as long as I should, I just appreciate the advice. She is kinda foxtailing and the growth on top seems a little weird to me hopefully she will finish up nicely.

I'd go a little longer than a week...
Those last few white hairs your plant is popping out = to bud getting denser and thicker...
I'd wait until the white hairs have receded back into bud...
How big are your Calyxes?
The little twin hairs will recede into calyx and it will plump up to 2-3 times the size of a big seed...
Once hairs are receded, and calyxes swollen way up... THC production is peaking... wait...
Wait until you see a couple of Amber Tric's...
I am thinking, when my buds look like yours right now, I have 10-13 days...

Had some crossed with critical mass and that started foxtailing also...was worried about the foxtailing.... I harvested it while it was still foxtailing as I didn't want it to hermie on me. turned out to be one of my favorites...

May be hard to tell but she has plumped up a lot in the past week. I definitely can see how waiting as long as possible will be worth it in the end. I couldnt be happier right now with the results I am seeing

whenever your ready as long as the plant keeps holding on. like others will always say use a scope and your judgement on how much cloudy you got.

She is mostly cloudy still a few clear here and there. Maybe 1 percent amber, very few. I'm thinking she looks about ripe. Haven't quite flushed for a week yet.

ive got 3 10 week strains myself. just let them go. I chop right then when I see 5 amber in my scope on any spot of the flowers.

and foxtailing does NOT mean your plant is going to hermi on ya.

Then I check Tric's....
Just about then... To be telling something about me... I check Tric's every day... on every bud... I smoke, trim, cut, dry...
I love Trichomes... My buds have Billions and Billions of Trichomes.... The Milky/Cloudy THC "High" Way...
Oh yes...
One last Trichome note: Your plant [if healthy] will make Tric's, Clear Tric's right up until the day you harvest....
So, you can never have a healthy plant with no clear Tric's....

As plant is harvested/dried/cured.... Some Clear Tric's turn to Milky... some milky turn to Tea/Amber colored... It's what happens....
Yes... Count them... Billions... of Tric's.... I mean... You do have Billions... Don't you???
