5 weeks into flower early ripening?

im now 5 weeks into flower and my jack from greenhouse seeds are geting amber looking hairs but it says 8 to 10 weeks flower time and also my amnesia are looking to do the same but there due to finish in 12-13 weeks into flower ive also noticed one of the plants at back doesent seem to be at the same stage as the rest looks as if its just started flowering here some picks of the jack.

in the last picture at the back right in the amnesia i was reffering to thanks.

First each plant grows at it's own rate, once in 12/12 you are in pre-flower stage and once you see "flowers" starting to develope, THAT is when you start your flower count-down, Generally a marijuan plant will take 2 - 2.5 month of growth before harvest, and many plants start to develop hairs, frosted leaves, ect, stating in week 4 and on. Breeders "flower times" are a good reference ffor harvest, remember their growing conditions are "perfect" You are doing fine - Patience is the word of the day!

And yet GHSC themselves state to count from the day you go to 12/12

yep thanks i saw pistells 7 day in so 10/10/13 i started counting ive added the pk13/14 into there feed now. hope i havent put it in to late
