Was wondering if these are as big as they should at 5 weeks barely

Yes from seed (Sour Diesel)

One more thing I know when I switch to flowering now they will get a lot bigger, I have 3 - 2000 watt leds on them that should be good enough for them?

If it's actually 2000 watts then yes but they're not close at all for sure.
