Ok so my 4x8 tent just arrived today. My room mate and I put it together in the basement (it barely fits). The tent has some small light leaks, which I expected from the reading the reviews, but they are completely fixable with gorilla tape. It comes with six 6" duct holes, 2 at the top of each side and 1 at the bottom of each side. Still debating on how many watts to use. It's either going to be 1200 or 2000, depending on how hot it will get/electric bill. I want to get 2 1000w and dim them each down to 600, and maybe move up to 1000 for both for the next grow if its not too hot. Or I will just settle with 2 600w, still haven't made up my mind yet. It also came with a shitty inline fan, but thats ok because I plan on getting a real one, so I shall have 2 running. This inline fan requires some wiring though, does anyone know whats going on with this thing? Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated.

im running 2 600s in a dr240, same as yours...temps get up to 85 but im running a sealed grow with co2 so thats just fine. id get a better fan if i were you. you will also need a dehuey most likely especially if that sucker is in your basement...might want to ghetto rig 1 or 2 wall mount circulating fans in that bitch as well...just buy a square piece of wood, drill holes and zip tie that piece to the tent frame and then drill the wallmount fan on that. have fun

you can hand a fan filter combo to the top of the tent...its pretty strong..thay way you can maximize floor space for plants

I dont know about 2 one 1000 hps in that tent, unless you have ac inside. I use a 7x7x7 tent with 2 600 hps 8' air cooled hoods with a 8' 725cfm fan and my temps get into the 80's. Btw I would just throw that cheap duct fan out, it will not do squat if you plan on running dual lights 600 or 1000. You will need a big inline fan with a speed controller.
