4x4x7 tent with 4 plants

I'm on day 23 right now of veg. I have a 600w LED in a 4x4x7 grow tent. I've been doing a lot of research and if my tent was a little bigger or if I only had 3 plants I would do 5 gallon final pots, but because I have 4 plants in a 4x4x7 what do you guys think I should do? 3 gallon final pots and veg 5 weeks?
 
I have a 3ftx3ftx5ft tent. 400hps with 4 plants 42 days veg now heat as been an issue. but swoppng to flower in a 1.2mtr..1.2mt..2mtr. I swopped from 11ltr pots to 3 gallon pots 2 weeks ago and the roots are growing out the bottom of the pots already ..but read this is fine ... and 5 gallon are pointless unless your growing monsters. ...if you are gonna do a pot swop do it now tho and cut down the sides of your pots there in now as not to damage the root system best you can . just cut keeping knife close to pot side..remember tho they double in size 1st 2 weeks of flower. . you have 4x4x7 so 5gallon will be OK . it's personal choice. hope that helps a little ..few pic of 2 of mine in 3 gallon with some lst training . my 1st ever grow

Your plants look great. I'm leaning towards 3 gallons. When are you going to switch to flower?
 
switching today mate I was going to last week but wanted new tent set up correctly and make sure heat was OK .and ventilation. seems to be holding temperature at 77.5 at canopy. and 80f at lower part I have a 600watt hps cool tube in but instead of the heat being blown outside the tent iv kept it blowing inside.I have it connected to a 4 inch in line fan suckling air from an open window to blow cold air onto the bulb. then I have a 6inch rvk fan with a 2ft carbon filter at conopy. a 16 oscillatin fan on the floor in the corner aimed upwards slightly and a 6 inch clip on fan attached at around 4 ft up. I have vents open both sides and rear and also a 4 inch ducting attached to bottom port hole again going to an open window for fresh air to be pulled in from .so hopefully this is all OK .. 1St ever grow for me .. these are white widow. had a few problems but had some amazing help on ere. also got some white widow bubblegum. .. white widow x big bud. . and some money maker to go at ..

It's actually my first grow as well. I'm growing one blackjack, ice, papaya, and white widow. My white widow is actually the smallest so far which is strange. Here are pics:
