4x4 tent, should I go with 2 x 240w or 500w blackstar

Quick question. What would you guys go with out of these 2 lights for a 4x4 tent. I know they dont output the watts that their name says.

Will two 240s be enough for a 4x4? Good starting point I guess, but I bet you'll want more like 3 or 4.of them in there.

I recommend 4 240s in a 4x4

Sorry should of been more specific, its 2 15''x25'' totes, in a 4x4 tent. Im going to get the 2, 500s. I think its best to put 2 x 500 right on both totes.
