Why don't you spend a bit more time being us, trying to puzzle this out? Maybe you could show pictures and diagrams of what you want to ask.
IMO, any setup can be grown in. It all has limitation of control. But, can you allow the plant to grow in your set up? The set up doesn't grow the plants. The set up helps you control the environment. The plant responds only to environment.
So, seriously, it look like you have all you need. But, you don't have a proper form of questions yet.

The only thing I can say so far, i that you need big air exhaust in a tent. And axial fans, is the minimum, to me. Just a booster will not do the job, IMO. How much air exchange do you plan? You don't say the CFM of the fan. or the volume of the tent.
But, you don't say the light watts. You want to assume we know what the details are? I don't. Sorry.
