420 watts of cfl, what cfm fan needed?

If im running 10 42 watt 2700k cfls, what cfm of exaust fan do i need, i plan on useing that 3.00 carbon filter, i cant recall whos design it is.

why would you use 400w cfl over 400hps ?

i already have the cfls. i will probly upgrade to a hps.
