40w lamp

Sound lads.

As some off you may know my first plant is 6-7 weeks into flowering and im doing 12-12 light and dark. Im impressed with the results im getting for using no lights other then daylight and my plant is looking well.

My question to you guys is.... as i do 10am to 10pm in the evening for the light period, when it comes to around 7-8pm daylight starts too fade, would by any chance a 40W lamp help it along if i put it 2 inches above the plant? As its not fare from finishing and my first grow im not going to go and spend silly amounts of money on proper lights as ive grew this plant by just day light and its been brilliant.

A 40w incandescent bulb will do no good but a cfl might. Go to Lowes and Home Depot and see if you can find 42w or even 65w cfls, but make sure they are 2700k spectrum or say soft white. 100 or so actual watts worth from as soon as you lose direct light to lights off will help a lot.
