Here is the revised hood design. I have three total. They are about 18" x 19". I use 65w and 42w bulbs in the other hoods. The one pictured here is just some leftover stuff I had.

Do you have n-e fer the sides, as well?

No, but the lower half of the closet is lined in mylar. I used to have the same free hanging setup you have . But since the modifications, so much more light goes downward toward to plant canopy and is not wasted by shining upward. You may want to consider some sort of reflective hood to ensure you get the most out of your lights. Plus bigger buds! here are the next ones

Oh, trust and believe, I have seen how much light I've lost. I'm gonna make hoods like you did fer my next one! Also, I'm gonna do step by step pics and guides on different DIIY things I'll be doin'! Thanx fer the inspiration, bro!
