400wMH for 4 Plants flowering?

All I have is my 400w MH. Would that be enough to flower my 4 plants I have veggin? They are all about 3 feet tall.

yea you can flower them but you wont get the best results....if you can spare20$ i would add some red spec. cfls....that will help alot........if any thing i said helped you dont forget to +rep....

Yeah definately throw some CFL's in there if you can. it would be well worth it. CFL's work great for flowering. Spectrum is very important to a MJ plant. Consider that those 3 footers will be 6 footers and the middle and bottom of the plant will be too far from your light. You're going to want some side lighting anyway IMO. Good luck! Peace.

400w is perfect for 4 plants. You don't need supplemental light unless your plants are going to grow taller than the throw of a 400w bulb (around 2'. So if the pot is 10" and the bare stem is 10" you're good to go for a 44" plant.

HPS is a little better for flowering - as far as yield - but MH is supposed to increase potency.
