How much heat is a 400 watt gonna produce and would a regular air vent help reduce the heat any ideas?'
Would it be a problem

my 400 watt was putting my grow room at 110+ temps. you need a aircooled reflector. about the only way to get around it unless you have an AC dedicated to the grow.

Depends how big the growing space is.My 400 watt will get my 12x12 room up to about 90 with no venting.With my exhaust on it stays around 75-80 deg.
Yep your gonna definetly need to suck that heat out.

A cheapo bathroom exhaust fan from home depot rigged up with some duct works just fine if your low on cash.works great for sucking out humidity too.
