400W HPS Setup. Tips 'nd sh*t please :)

Hey guys, setting up a little grow rig at home for personal use. this is my first time growing, i just moved these plants out of CFL lights and put them under my shiny new 400W lamps.

Any tips on how to get the most out of my rig?

I was told to put them in bigger pots and get a bigger fan. How necessary is that? (im almost out of cash)

ensure they get plenty of fresh air try and prevent the plants from streching dont let the plants or the grow room get to hot or cold. ensure your water has the right ph. not much else is possable without cash....

Ok, so long as it isnt a huge expense i would get some extras (ive already spent so much on the lights). what else could i do?

check out what other people are using, do research, spend a little money, get a tent, so you have a contained environment...so you can control temps, odor, humidity, etc....

otherwise just add to what youve got, but having a contained environment is most important for me....once you have that, you can work with it....check these out:
