400w HPS Heat?

When I turn on my 400w hps, in an average situation, what kind of increase in temp should I see.?? 1 pound is not an acceptable answer, lol.
 
a lot, not quite a pound, maybe 14 oz' or so?? lol, i kid, i kid, but seriously, it's a pretty big increase in temps.. i'd say a good 15 - 20 degree difference or so, i could be wrong, but not by much.
