400w COB build list (Advise welcomed)

I plan on building the cheapest best performing led fixture I can. Before we go further yes I know buying name brand COBs is the best route for efficiency but my budget isn't agreeing with that right now.

COBs
3 4500k 100w 32-34v 3000ma
6 10000k 20w 32-34v 700ma

HEATSINK
4.9in x 18in
2 50cfm fans

Drivers
4 100w 32-34v 3000ma 88% efficient.

I'm going to put the 4500k in the middle with 10000k on each side of it. Each 4500k will have its own driver and all the 10000k will be ran off of a single 100w driver.

My budget is 150$ and this setup goes just over that. My area is a spare room 5x10.

As long as they are not the eBay cobs, you should be alright.. However if they are then yore much better off waiting.

These are ebay ones. Wouldn't they be similar or higher efficiency than the cheap led panels and cob fixtures on ebay?

Bro for 150$..... Search your local craigslist. It's usually full of failure growers selling all for cheap. I'm sure you could get a 1kw hid light for that price

A 600w hps wing reflector with 4 bulbs for 75$ don't seem bad. Thanks, Idk why I didn't think of that.

That is a much wiser idea. IMHO.

It does seem like so but I was so geared up to do some tinkering making that fixture. I guess a cob build will have to wait until this wallet fattens up so I can make a quality one.
