pjboy31 Well-Known Member Jan 4, 2008 #3 I use a MH for my seedlings and vegiing. Just make sure to watch the temp and not to have the light too close to your babies! good luck

Start at about 36", untill they have grown a couple of inches. Then start lowering the light a couple of inches each day untill you find the "comfortable warm zone".
