400 watt hps

Hi, i was wondering if a 400 watt hps would be okay to use from start to finish on 4 sour diesel and 3 c4 clones. The room is 2' x 3' can i put a muffin fan facing up towards the light too cool it down. ? or will it be still too hot.

'till here.....a muffin pan?? care to elaborate?? I would think you will need an air-cooled HID light in that size space if you are trying to keep temps in the target range for cannabis

right now i cant afford the intake and exhaust fans to super cool it so thats why i was wondering if i can get a fan and face it to the bulb to at least cool it enough to maintain the plants happy.

ok so ill just buy a 20$ mh, but how the heck do i cool the closet without spending hundreds on fans

spend hundreds on ac......temps more than anything other than light will affect quality and yield dramatically

so what should i get to cool it down

a $300 loan it sounds like---sry, but exhaust in a small grow space is vital.

It will hit upper 90s fahrenheit without and plants will suffer

so i need exhaust to take the air out and some intake will that be enough.? i dont have a cooltube all i have is a hps/mh built in reflector also its a closet so i can leave the door open most of the time, would this help?
