This is my 3rd grow and at this point I'm working to find a nutrient line I like as well as add to my overall setup. I don't grow professionally and i don't dedicate the time I'm probably supposed to to maintaining my plants but I'm going to do better this time.
right now i don't have much of a true setup but i add something once a month and eventually the room will be complete but i have and will grow in the mean time. I'm using a 400 watt mh/hps on a 50% dim for 8 plants i started today.
2 plants sharing a 5 gallon bucket to start. 4 buckets total. Each has 1 air stone per bucket that i will eventually add another stone to.
I used filtered tap water and no nutrients to fill the buckets grodan cubes and hydroton pellets in 5 inch net pots.
This time around I'm going to use calmag and advanced nutrients jungle juice bloom micro and grow as base nutrients and add some of the other recommended side nutrients of the same line. i also bought big bud for flower but I'm going to add a couple others to that as well. I've always went really light on nutrients never breaking 750 on a full grow and have gotten good results this time I'm going to add a ton of nutrients pushing to nearly 1300 by the end of flower if i possibly can using a screen of green method grow and see what results i get.
I've gotten 9 ounces per plant with 2 400 watt lights so i want to of course beat that mark. I'm pretty sure if i use bigger containers more air stones and more diverse nutrients i can get more bud. Guess I'm going to find out.
I'm hoping of my 8 random ass seeds I get exactly 4 females because the screen i want to implement later on will only support 4 plants so that's all i will keep.
