I have a 400w mh with a white spectrum. Could that affect the growth of my plants? Because they grow so very slow. Should the mh have a blue light spectrum?

Yes plants love blue spectrum during veg growth.and the orange or red during flowering that you get from hps...good luck

How many hours has the lamp been running? A MH lamp doesn't last as long as an HPS lamp, they get dimmer quicker. The MH has a blue spectrum, but it will be fine for growth and flowering. If you want to make it better for flowering, you can use an enhanced spectrum MH, agrosun, et al.

does anz MH has a blue spectrum ... is it noticible, it hasent been running for long mazbe 2 weeks 18h a day ... it]s a new light bulb ...

Any mh bulb gives off a blue spectrum,it may look white,but its blue.
