400 hps too much for closet?

im growing bagseeds there into theyre 2nd day under a kitchen cfl tube light. im gonna plant transplanting them into my closet which is 20x25x6ft...is there too much lighting?? im gonna take care of exhaust and ventilation.

20" x 25" x 6' . should be fine as long as you exhaust.

as long as you have adeqaute exhsut and air exchange shouldnt be an issue.Keep a fan blowing the air around and dont use the 400 watt light until the plants are around 5-8 inches tall.Make sure you exchange the air constantly unless using a co2 injection system then alternate.Keep fan blowing between plant tops and the light bulb
